Adrian Cora
Director, Application Security
Since 2019, Adrian has served as Director, Application Security at ISI. He joined in 2008 as Senior Developer/Architect and was Product Architect from 2012 to 2019. Adrian enjoys time with his family, alpine skiing and trail running. He received a BSc from the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, at Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
Alan Cooke
Chief Financial Officer
Alan has been CFO of ISI since 2024. Before joining ISI, Alan was CFO at two other SaaS companies, and previously worked at Merrill Lynch, Oracle and McKinsey. He has an MBA from MIT, a JD from the University of Toronto, and a BA from the University of Ottawa. In his free time, Alan enjoys time with his wife and five children, and playing golf. He has run three marathons: San Francisco, Big Sur, and New York.
Cameron Scott
Vice President, Sales and Implementation
Since joining ISI in 2013, Cameron has worked in project management, sales, marketing and operations. Today, Cameron oversees new business development and the implementation of ISI Enterprise. Cameron works closely with the product development team to align product direction with the needs of existing and prospective customers.
During the summer, Cameron plays more golf than his handicap would suggest and sits on the Board of a Swimming and Sailing club. In the winter you will find him on the skihill.
Casey Kretz
President & CEO
Prior to his appointment of President & CEO in August of 2018, Casey had held various leadership since joining ISI in 2001, including Project Manager, Development Manager and VP, Operations. In his spare time, Casey has held positions on the Mississauga West Rotary Board, chaired his kids end of school fundraiser, and helps coach his sons baseball team. Casey was previously a barefoot runner & marathoner, is an avid downhill skier, enjoys being a father of 2 and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
Ian De Souza
VP, Development & Quality Assurance
Ian's career in software development started in 2002 with a boutique consulting firm. In 2009, he joined ISI as a Senior Developer where he played a key role in implementing core features for Enterprise. Currently, as the VP of Development & QA, Ian oversees product direction and drives process improvements within the Development and Quality Assurance teams. Ian holds a degree in Computer Science from York University.
Beyond his professional work, Ian is actively involved in the management, operations, and fundraising for Horizon’s Centre, a charitable organization based in Ghana. He also has a passion for traveling to exotic destinations to immerse himself in different cultures.
Jason Ilagan
Director, Production Support
Jason has more than 23 years of experience in the financial services industry performing various roles in account management, consulting, software implementation, quality assurance, and product management. Jason is responsible for ISI’s portfolio of production customers to ensure they get maximum value from their ISI platforms and that their current and future needs are met.
Jason holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a BCom from the University of Toronto. Outside of work Jason loves to play basketball, tennis, and is the proud father of 2.
Jevon VandenBerg
Director, Product
Jevon joined ISI in 2008 as a Business Analyst. Prior to this, Jevon gained experience in Enterprise Software Solutions working on both the vendor and customer side of implementations.
In his current role as Director, Product Jevon works with various stakeholders on the ISI Enterprise product direction and enhancements. He also remains involved with sales and product implementations, which aid in identifying product needs and strategy.
Jevon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Outside of the office, Jevon enjoys time with his wife and three children.
Julian Hall
VP, Technology
Julian joined ISI in 2002 as a Senior Application Developer and has taken on various development and architectural roles since. Currently as VP, Technology he oversees ISI's overall technical strategy and is responsible for the ongoing evolution of the underlying architecture, cloud strategies, continuous integration & deployment, and tools upon which ISI builds its products.
Julian holds a Bachelor of Mathematics Degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. In his spare time Julian enjoys time with his wife and three kids, volleyball and kitesurfing.
Nicola Watson
HR Director
Nicola joined ISI in 2024 as their first Director of HR, bringing over 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources across the recruitment agency sector, airline industry, digital marketing agencies, and the tech space. Originally from Ireland, Nicola relocated to Toronto in 2019 and has since built on her diverse HR career. Recognized for her expertise in shaping high performing teams and fostering strong workplace cultures, Nicola was honored with The Peak Emerging Talent Award. At ISI, Nicola leads HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development to support ISI's growth and success.
Passionate about networking and building meaningful connections, Nicola thrives on fostering relationships that drive both personal and professional growth. Outside of work, Nicola loves traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Pramod Desai
Chief Delivery Officer
Pramod Joined ISI in Feb 2025 as Chief Delivery Officer, bringing over 30+ years of experience in product development, management, implementation and production support. He has total 26+ years of experience in Insurance industry both P&C and L&A. Before joining ISI, Pramod played various leadership roles such as Global head of Delivery, Head of Operations at two other SaaS companies who are leaders in both P&C (Majesco) and L&A and Retirement market (Vitech). He has bachelors degree in Physics and Computer science from University of Mumbai. In his free time, Pramod enjoys time with his wife and two children, loves traveling, cooking and painting.
