Our insurance software suite, ISI Enterprise, was built in-house by our dedicated team of software architects, developers, business analysts & quality assurance analysts with guidance from our phenomenal leadership team. The Location:

We have implemented a flexible working arrangement. The successful candidate can choose to work from home or in our co-working space in Etobicoke. An in-office presence is required periodically for training and other events.

The Role:

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop targeted campaigns and leverage both digital and traditional channels to engage our customers and prospects. This position does not have direct reports but requires a collaborative, hands-on approach to drive marketing efforts.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with ISI goals, targeting both current and potential customers.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, including email, content, SEO, SEM, social media, and events.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and that brand messaging aligns with ISI’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Content Development: Take ownership of creating and managing a variety of content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media posts, email newsletters, website copy, product feature announcements and other marketing materials. Ensure all content is aligned with ISI’s brand voice, messaging, and values while engaging our target audience effectively. You will work closely with internal teams to generate content ideas, write compelling copy, and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize visibility and engagement, driving measurable results.
  • Market Research & Analytics: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Use analytics tools to measure and report on campaign effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Content Development & Conference Materials: Create and manage a wide range of content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media posts, email newsletters, website copy, and marketing materials for conferences and events. Develop compelling, branded materials—such as brochures, presentations, and booth displays—to support ISI’s presence at industry conferences.
  • Conference & Event Marketing: Plan and execute conference and event marketing strategies to boost ISI’s visibility, including pre-event promotions, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up campaigns. This may involve coordinating with event organizers, managing event logistics, and ensuring that our brand is consistently represented.
  • Travel & Representation: Represent ISI at industry conferences and events, with occasional travel required to support in-person marketing efforts. Network with industry professionals, gather market insights, and foster relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing spend.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in marketing is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience in technology or software that serves a specific industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and adjust strategies as needed.
