Casey Kretz transitions to Chairman, continuing his focus on customer relationships and long-term strategic direction
ISI (Insurance Systems Inc.), a provider of purpose-built software solutions for property and casualty insurers and MGAs, today announced an evolution of its leadership team to support the company’s continued success, customer partnerships, and long-term strategic direction.
Doug Caccese has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of ISI. Casey Kretz, who has been with ISI for 25 years and has served as CEO since 2018, will transition to Chairman.
As Chairman, Kretz will remain closely involved in ISI’s success, with a focus on customer relationships and strategic growth initiatives. His involvement will provide continuity while allowing the company to expand its executive capacity for the next stage ahead.
Caccese joins ISI with more than 30 years of experience across the insurance industry, including leadership roles at AIG, 21st Century Insurance and Farmers, followed by 11 years at Verisk, most recently as Co-President of Underwriting Solutions. His background spans both carrier operations and insurance technology, giving him a strong understanding of the priorities facing insurers and MGAs today.
For customers, it remains business as usual: they will continue working with the same trusted ISI team, while benefiting from additional executive experience to support the company’s next phase of growth and innovation.
