With 25+ years in financial services, Angela brings deep expertise in helping insurance companies streamline complex billing and payment processes. As Vice President of Alliances, she leads strategic partner initiatives that expand the platform’s reach across the insurance ecosystem, focusing on seamless integrations, accelerated innovation, and greater value for shared customers.

Since joining ISI in 2013, Cameron has worked across project management, sales, and operations, now leading business development and marketing. He also collaborates closely with product teams and enjoys golf, sailing, and skiing.

Casey has been with ISI since 2001, serving in roles from Project Manager to VP of Operations before becoming President & CEO in 2018. In 2026, he became Chairman, continuing to support ISI’s growth and customer focus. A University of Waterloo graduate, he is also an avid skier, community volunteer, and father of two.

Doug brings more than 30 years of insurance and technology leadership experience, including leadership roles at AIG, 21st Century Insurance, Farmers, and Verisk before joining ISI as Chief Executive Officer in 2026. A graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, he enjoys deep sea fishing, time with family, and playing the drums.

Eva has been with ISI since 2006, progressing from QA Analyst and Business Analyst to her current role leading the Project Management Office. She oversees software implementations across ISI's customer portfolio and holds a Business Management diploma from Humber College, a Scrum Master certification, and a passion for travel and dance.

Ian joined ISI in 2009 as a Senior Developer and now leads Development & QA, driving product direction and process improvements. He holds a Computer Science degree from York University and is active in charitable initiatives in Ghana.

Jevon has spent 24 years in the insurance industry, 18 of them at ISI. With experience from both the carrier and vendor sides of core insurance software, he now leads product strategy and direction for ISI Core. Jevon holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a proud father of three.

Karlyn leads the insurance practice for Celent for North America, and focuses on issues related to the intersection of business and technology with an emphasis on how technology can improve business practices. She's the lead analyst for questions related to distribution channels, product management and underwriting, core systems, customer experience and related technologies and insurtechs.

Lawrence is the Founder and Principal of Ngo Consulting Partners, where he leads AI product delivery for insurance and other regulated industries. His team partners with ISI to build its AI capabilities, spanning submission extraction, underwriting insights, and other agentic workflows. He is also a practicing radiologist and an Adjunct Associate at Duke, which keeps his focus on deploying AI responsibly in high-stakes settings.

Lee joined ISI in 2005 as a consultant and product architect, supporting client implementations, data migration strategy, reporting, and analytics. Now Principal Data Engineer, he leads ISI’s data and analytics strategy and solutions. An Andrews University graduate, he enjoys travelling, family time, cooking, archaeology, history, and soccer.

Sarah has over a decade of finance experience across a wide range of industries and now leads Business Analysis at ISI. She has hands-on experience with core implementation projects and payment processor integrations, and is currently focused on best practices, driving efficiencies, and fostering strong client relationships.
