He joined ISI in 2009 as a Senior Developer on the Policy Module team and since then he has held the positions of Lead Policy Developer and Architect where he was instrumental in implementing core features within Enterprise. In Ian’s current role Director of Development & QA, he’s responsible for process improvements within the Development and Quality Assurance teams.
Ian is active in the management, operations and fundraising for Horizon’s Centre, a charitable organization based in Ghana. He also enjoys traveling to exotic countries to experience different cultures.

Most recently, Mike was a co-founder, and ultimately CEO, of Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company, until his departure from the organization in 2019, following Trisura Group going public on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2017. Mike has been involved in the insurance industry for over 30 years, starting as a financial analyst in the surety business with Guarantee Company of North America in 1988, before joining fledgling Wellington Guarantee in 1990, which became London Guarantee Insurance Company in 1995. London Guarantee Insurance Company was acquired by The St. Paul Companies Inc. in 2002, at which time Mike was responsible for field and branch operations of both the surety and insurance businesses. He stayed with The St. Paul Companies Inc. (which soon after merged with Travelers Property Casualty Corp.) for 3 years following the acquisition, during which time he was appointed to the boards of both St. Paul Guarantee Insurance Company and Northern Indemnity, until those companies amalgamated in 2004, before becoming Travelers Guarantee Insurance Company. Mike left Travelers in 2005 to start Trisura. |

Jevon VandenBerg, ISI Jevon has spent over 20 years in the insurance industry, 15 of which have been at ISI. His career has been focused on core insurance systems and he brings implementation experience from both the insurance company and vendor perspectives.
In Jevon's current role as Director, Product he works with various stakeholders on the ISI Enterprise product direction and enhancements. He also remains involved with both sales and product implementations, which aid in developing the product strategy.
Jevon holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Outside of the office Jevon is a proud father of three children.

Fun Fact: Casey's family has hosted 4 exchange students since 2013, including 2 students from France, 1 from Taiwan and 1 from New Zealand. By: David Mussell, ISI David Mussell, ISI David started his journey in Insurance in 2010 selling and servicing home and auto insurance. The son of insurance brokers, brother of an underwriter, and the third generation of his family to pursue a career in insurance; David’s inevitable career in insurance introduced him to a love of underwriting before discovering a passion for making life easier for other underwriters as a BA. Since joining ISI in late 2021, David has been a part of 2 successful ISI Enterprise implementations, with more on the way. David lives in Toronto with his wife and two cats and is a lover and supporter of live theater, concerts, and the arts. Steve Peace, ISI Steve started his Insurance career as a Claims Adjuster in 1985. After stints as a Marketing Rep and Independent Insurance Broker, he went back to school for a Programming degree and worked in IT for various Canadian Insurance companies until he joined ISI in 2003 on a 2 month contract. He was involved in the initial setup/design of the Policy Configuration module of Enterprise and designed/developed the Underwrite process that is used for all clients setup on Enterprise. He has been involved in most of the existing client policy configuration projects that are currently live on Enterprise and continues setting up new clients today. Steve is the proud (but poor) father of 2 kids both starting University in the fall. He enjoys golf/pickleball in the summer and skiing in the winter. |

By: ISI PMO ISI PMO Sarah Halliwell is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 10 years of experience that spans a diverse set of industries. Currently, Sarah is a Business Analyst on ISI's finance team, where she focuses primarily on Accounting and Billing implementations. Beyond her professional pursuits, Sarah is a proud parent of two young children and volunteers as a treasurer at a local community center.
Brad Laberge joined ISI the way most people do, on a plane on the way home from a golf trip. Like so many people at ISI, I fell into the role and never looked back. In my past life, I was an auto, property, liability, and commercial claims adjuster for a large insurance company with 11 years experience. Currently, I am a Claims and Reinsurance Business Analyst at ISI with a degree from Wilfred Laurier University and a CIP designation. I am well-traveled having been to 26 countries and counting. Away from the office I enjoy exercising, am an avid golf and squash player and tattoo enthusiast.
Eva Zjavka has been with ISI for 17 years and during her tenure she has held multiple positions within the organization including QA Analyst , UW Business Analyst and Project Coordinator. Today, as a Sr. Project Manager, Eva oversees and manages ISI’s new project implementations on the Enterprise software. She is an honors graduate from Humber College and holds a diploma in Business Management. She is a certified Scrum Master and has completed various leadership development courses. She is a mother of two young girls and on her spare time she enjoys going to the spa, working out, travelling to tropical destinations and dancing.
Marc Pottier has 7 years of experience in the software industry with an extensive background in both the business and technical sides of software implementations. His journey began in banking software before making the move to insurance in early 2021 when he joined ISI's Finance team. Currently, as a Senior Business Analyst, Marc leads the Accounting and Billing streams of new implementation projects, along with numerous standardization, automation, and documentation initiatives. He is a graduate of the joint BBA/BMath double degree program at Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Waterloo. Marc is also a proud father and an avid runner that is quickly wearing down the tires on his son's running stroller."
