Director, Application Security


Adrian has been with ISI since 2008, advancing from Senior Developer to Product Architect before becoming Director of Application Security in 2019. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Babes-Bolyai University in Romania and enjoys skiing, trail running, and family time.

Chief Financial Officer

Alan joined ISI as CFO in 2024, bringing global experience from Merrill Lynch, Oracle, McKinsey, and leadership roles at SaaS companies. He holds an MBA from MIT, a JD from the University of Toronto, and has completed three major marathons.

Cameron Scott

Vice President, Sales & Marketing


Since joining ISI in 2013, Cameron has worked across project management, sales, and operations, now leading business development and marketing. He also collaborates closely with product teams and enjoys golf, sailing, and skiing.

Casey Kretz

Casey has been with ISI since 2001, taking on roles from Project Manager to VP of Operations before becoming President & CEO in 2018. A University of Waterloo graduate, he is also an avid skier, community volunteer, and father of two.

Ian De Souza

Ian De Souza

Vice President, Development & Quality Assurance

Ian joined ISI in 2009 as a Senior Developer and now leads Development & QA, driving product direction and process improvements. He holds a Computer Science degree from York University and is active in charitable initiatives in Ghana.

Jevon has been with ISI since 2008, starting as a Business Analyst and now shaping product strategy and direction as Director of Product. He holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and enjoys time with his wife and three children.

Julian joined ISI in 2002 as a developer and now oversees technical strategy, architecture, and cloud initiatives as VP of Technology. A University of Waterloo graduate, he enjoys family time, volleyball, and kitesurfing.

Nicola became ISI’s first HR Director in 2024, bringing nearly a decade of HR leadership across industries in Ireland and Canada. She is recognized for building high-performing teams and enjoys traveling and time with family and friends.
