Toronto, Ontario – July 25, 2025 – Insurance Systems Inc. (ISI) is proud to announce the promotion of Dave DiPetta to Director, Production Support, where he will help our customers and team members achieve more.  

In this role, Dave will lead ISI’s efforts to support its growing base of customers, ensuring they continue to realize long-term value with ISI’s platform. He will work closely with customers and support teams, guiding strategic conversations around platform performance, continuous improvement, and evolving business priorities across the entire insurance lifecycle.
